I'm starting this blog on day 5 of our weight loss journey.
This is where we started(listed as BMI):
Mom- 36.88
Dad- 35.62
DS11- 27.81
DD9- 28.02
DD8- 26.35
Current-

So far so good! The game is such fun that the kids all fight to play. The kids all get 30 minutes a day and from there they take turns. I make sure they get in a nice amount of aerobics. I'm going for the games with the highest calorie loss. I'm doing about 45 minutes a day. I do rhythm boxing and super hula hoop until I hit my calorie goal(265 calories) and then finish with some yoga. I'm sure it would be wiser to do the opposite but I'm always working with limited time. I'm not sure what dad is doing. He seems to just pop in from time to time for the games. I'm really not sure where he is going with that.
